CREtech Climate is proud to release the research findings of a survey assessing climate tech investments in the real estate industry. The survey, which was conducted in partnership with the Urban Land Institute and Fifth Wall provides insights on the trajectory of climate tech investments in the industry. With roughly 7.9 billion square feet of space and over 7 asset classes represented in the findings, the survey results show that given the shortcomings of existing climate-related solutions, real estate firms have an opportunity to fund the research and development of new innovations, which will be a critical step in meeting aggressive global decarbonization goals.
