In the post pandemic era, this asset class is widely anticipated to resume a similar, albeit evolved trajectory, driven largely by fast-growing e-commerce dynamics. But the sector’s recovery is complicated by the demand for reliable supply chains, touchless handling, robotic delivery, more automation, 3D printing, and a flexible returns process, not to mention capital considerations.
