COVID-19 is changing our cities and our real estate systems. It has disrupted face to place, accelerated face to space, and relocated face to face. But what of the long-term future? Will we give up on physical places and embrace digital spaces instead? Will the cities fight back and re-attract their residents, workers, consumers, students, and fun lovers, just as soon as it is safe to do?
