Aeroclair Introduces ProGuard 2: Real-Time Ventilation Intelligence for Commercial Real Estate
Aeroclair introduces ProGuard 2, a sensor-based platform that gives building owners and operators continuous visibility into ventilation performance and indoor air quality, before problems become costly.
Join Gustavo Grøsland and Marcus Bomann to learn how real-time monitoring is reshaping maintenance strategy across hotels, offices, and healthcare facilities, and what it means for the next generation of smart building operations.
About the speakers
Gustavo Grøsland is CEO of Aeroclair and co-owner of the company. Since founding the business in 2024, he has grown it from a single ventilation cleaning service into a multi-vertical company spanning cleaning operations, software, and hardware, including the Aeroclair ProGuard platform. Gustavo brings a hands-on operator's perspective on what building owners and facility teams actually need from ventilation monitoring.
Marcus Bomann is CFO of Ventilasjonsspesialisten AS, representing co-owner SVIT AS. He leads the company's financial strategy and international growth plans, including the go-to-market for Aeroclair ProGuard across new markets. Marcus focuses on turning ventilation and indoor air data into measurable value for building owners and operators.
