Innovation and AI should have a deflationary effect on every industry it touches. We don't pay $20 for a CD to listen to 1 song anymore. With all the investment and adoption of technology in Real Estate and Construction, we have not seen an improvement. The answer isn't better technology nor better adoption. Most AI today is a chatbot names Steve (or whatever) sitting on top of SaaS. The real opportunity ahead with AI is extracting waste through a clear understanding of project goals and risks across all phases and a level on collaboration facilitated by AI but lead by humans. KP will explain the math and the theory for change making this a reality.
