From Smart Buildings to Autonomous Buildings: The Future of Facility Intelligence
Commercial buildings generate enormous amounts of data from meters, HVAC systems, BMS platforms, sensors, and other building infrastructure, but much of that data is still used primarily for monitoring and reporting.
Milvian AI's Aqueduct platform turns this operational data into actionable intelligence. By combining IoT, digital twins, AI, and agentic AI, Aqueduct helps facilities move beyond understanding what is happening today to predicting what will happen next, optimizing operations, and ultimately taking intelligent action.
In this five-minute presentation, we will show how Aqueduct brings together energy, water, indoor air quality, equipment performance, and facility operations into a unified intelligence layer. We will highlight real-world applications including identifying water losses, optimizing HVAC and energy consumption, predicting equipment failures, and enabling AI-driven control and optimization.
The goal is to help buildings evolve from connected to intelligent to increasingly autonomous, continuously optimizing cost, sustainability, reliability, and occupant experience.

The Real Estate Firm of the Future, a...
A look at how far real estate firms are from operating at a fraction of today's headcount and cost structure, and why the firms best positioned to get there aren't the largest incumbents, but the ones without legacy tech debt to unwind, freeing up real budget in the process.
