Beyond the Office Lease: AI, Adaptability, and the New Economics of the Workplace
How AI is changing the operator's role, and what it unlocks for owners, property managers, and advisers.
Tenant experience doesn't end at the lobby. Past the elevator, companies take on the work of making their offices function, and that everyday experience shapes how they value the building.
Vickey Li has spent fifteen years on that floor. At Veery, she has built a model in which one accountable team launches, runs, and continuously improves the workplace, using AI and workplace memory to coordinate a local service network. AI makes recommendations and acts within agreed rules, expanding the team's capacity to deliver responsive service and hospitality.
She will show how AI changes the economics of workplace service, how technology and people work together to deliver better experiences, and what this could mean for tenant retention, leasing appeal, and new service offerings. She closes with practical starting points for owners, property managers, and real estate partners.
